Ava Wilberding

Ava has worked with the Dave Prout Memorial Goalkeeping camp for a couple of years now. She currently plays for Western Michigan University. Prior to college, she played for Rapids FC from 2014-2022 and on Midwest United’s 03 ECNL team in 2022. Growing up, she has trained with the top coaches in the country and developed great technique and skills that give her great advantage over other keepers throughout the country. Furthermore, she played for her high school team, Forest Hills Central, in 2021 and 2022. During her time with the Forest Hills Rangers, she led her team to a state championship in 2022. She was named All-State 1st team, Michigan Dream team, and Michigan D2 Defensive Player of the Year all during her senior season. In her 2021 season, she was named All-State 2nd Team.
She has competed with the Grand Haven Admirals in the summer of 2022 and is playing her second season with Kalamazoo FC.
